In a study from East Carolina University, participants played online games for 30 minutes a day.

*Results – Play is as effective as pharmaceuticals for treating clinical anxiety and depression by

    • Increasing long term happiness

 

Next, in a Stanford University study, participants who played video games with an idealized avatar

In a Brigham Young University study, Parents and kids who spend more time playing video games together, had stronger real-life relationships with them.
