Spring is Nature’s Way of Saying, “Let’s Party!” – Robin Williams & More

Isn’t the weather great! I’ve had a wonderful time over the weekend going for long walks and soaking up the sunshine!

And so I’m all in with Sitting Bull, “Behold, my friends, the spring is come; the earth has gladly received the embraces of the sun, and we shall soon see the results of their love!

Though, my absolute favorite quote about spring comes from Robin Williams,

Spring is nature's way of saying, 'Let's party!

Ready!? Let’s have some fun!

Though I love Robin’s quote, I also got a kick from Margaret Atwood,
In the spring, at the end of the day, you should smell like dirt.”

Of course, I thought about my parents and their wonderful garden, yet my favorite memory is from horse camp. I was in 4th grade and my parents couldn’t figure out why I was the “dirtiest” kid to come off the bus.

The “dirt” hadn’t even occurred to me – I was just completely wrapped in the joys of riding and the sweet smells of the woods accompanied by the dance of the sunlight coming through the trees.

Have an absolutely wonderful week filled with the many joys of Spring and call/text for a quick "Optimize for Spring" orthopedic massage.
