1. Foot Pointer Test

      • Lift your foot off the ground
      • Point your toes toward the ground
      • You Should be able to point your toes downward 70-80°
2. Toe Raiser Test
      • Place your heel on the ground
      • Point your toes toward your heel
      • You Should be able to point your toes upward 30°
3. Inner Twist Test
      • Lift your foot off the ground
      • Twist the outer edge of your foot towards the floor
      • You Should be able to twist your foot upward 35°
4. Outside Twist Test
      • Place your foot flush on the ground
      • Twist the full outside edge of your foot up towards your knee
      • You Should be able to twist the outside edge of your foot upward 10-20°
